I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice; however, the service was lacking, especially in answering the phone promptly. The location was convenient for exploring the local area but being close to the train tracks and freeway was noisy. The included dining was a pleasant surprise with delicious baked apples, but some facilities could use improvement.
